Welcome to the BRIDGE Membership Portal provided by BRIDGE (“BRIDGE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BRIDGE membership portal (“Portal”), and constitute a binding agreement between you and BRIDGE.
By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Portal.
- Eligibility and Access
- The Portal is available only to verified business members of BRIDGE.
- You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business to access and use the Portal.
- Your login credentials must be kept secure, and you are responsible for any activity under your account.
- Permitted Use
- The Portal is provided solely for your business-related use in connection with your BRIDGE membership.
- You may use it to access resources, manage your business profile, submit data, and communicate with BRIDGE personnel.
- You agree not to use the Portal for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purposes.
- Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Share Portal access with unauthorized individuals or third parties.
- Upload or transmit content that is defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Portal’s functionality or security.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Portal or any related services.
- Data and Content
- You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Portal.
- By submitting content, you grant BRIDGE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for the purposes of operating and improving the Portal.
- You are responsible for ensuring all information you submit is accurate and up to date.
- BRIDGE may also use submitted data, in anonymized and aggregated form, for program analysis, impact reporting, and communications with stakeholders. Individual businesses will not be identified in such reporting.
- Privacy
BRIDGE values your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy below for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- Service Availability and Changes
- BRIDGE strives to maintain uptime but does not guarantee continuous availability of the Portal.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue Portal features at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
- Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
- BRIDGE is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.
- We do not guarantee specific results from use of the Portal or its tools.
- Termination
- You may discontinue use of the Portal at any time.
- BRIDGE may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or if your membership lapses or is revoked.
- Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

- Demographic details such as location, business sector, and years in operation
- Business success metrics such as gross annual revenue, number of employees, customer base, and services offered (where voluntarily provided)

- Usage data (e.g., login times, actions taken within the Portal)
- How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and support your access to the Portal and related features

We will never disclose identifying details about your business in these reports without your explicit permission.

We retain your information for as long as your BRIDGE membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, reporting, or operational requirements.

The Portal is intended for business use only and is not designed for or directed toward individuals under the age of 18.
- Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Significant changes will be communicated through the Portal or via email.
